HELP!! Tyson has pneumonia!
This teeny, tiny boy is one of our foster families favorites from the recent HSNT rescue. He is sweet and a bit shy, but very, very tiny.
And now, he has pneumonia – not critical yet, but we had to run him to our favorite VCA emergency clinic in Irving.
The little guy got away with only a $250 bill tonight and we are so hoping that his clogged lungs will resolve with these new antibiotics and the fluids he got tonight.
His foster mom, Carmen, (yes the Carmen that made a lot of this entire deal happen) became concerned since he had been on antibiotics for three weeks and still had a clogged nose.
So, she called last night and I told her get him to the VCA immediately before we end up with another in an oxygen tent!
VCA did x-rays of his lungs and bloodwork. Bloodwork showed an infection and the xray showed congestion, but we’ve caught it early. We just don’t want this baby boy getting any worse.

Is Tyson available for adoption? I am very interested, but I have not filled out an application yet. I just found out about this rescue, and I will go through the proper channels. Please let me know. Thank you!
