My name is Jimmy and I am one special man. I am a Shih Tzu, about 10 years old, and I weigh about 12 pounds. I am a quiet but very sweet lad who would love to find a special family who will understand my age and my needs. I have a heart murmur, but that won’t stop me from loving you! Watch for me soon on my very own Petfinder page as I’m ready for YOU to find ME!
Bobaluuuuuuuuuu, Bobaluuuuuuuu, Bobaluuuuuuuuuuuuuuey! That’s me! I am a 1 year old Shih Tzu boy with a great Latin name! You should see my moves with my foster buddy Flett. We think that life is great and one big party. We love to play, wrestle and run, run, run! As you can see I love other dogs, so if there are playful dogs in my future forever home that would AOK with me. I do have my quiet time and I love being with my foster mom. She gives great cuddles and pets and I particularly like to spend time in her lap. I am just an all around great guy!
I have my very own Petfinder page. Check it out!!!!!
Hello! We are Zeb and Sassy and are brother and sister. Zeb is the handsome 6 year old dark gray Lhasa Apso in the picture, and Sassy is the pretty 5 year old liver and white Shih Tzu. We know we aren’t really brother and sister, but we have lived our lives together and we love each other very much. We are hoping that we will be adopted together so we can spend the rest of our lives together. We are both easygoing and calm. Sassy loves to cuddle and Zeb loves tummy-rubs. What could be more perfect than two lovers in your life????
Check out Sassy’s Petfinder page and also Zeb’s Petfinder page for more information about us. Think about us for your family. Please??????????
My name is Meg and I am now in my Arizona foster home. I just got here and am learning everything about my foster home, my foster parents, and my foster siblings. I’m a 5 year old Shih Tzu girl and my mom calls me a little angel. They LOVE me!! And, I show them how much I appreciate them by giving them lots of cuddles and kisses. I like my foster brothers and sisters, but I really like to hang out with Mom and Dad all day as I’m not quite sure of things yet. I’m not ready to be adopted yet, but soon I will have my very own Petfinder page. Watch for me in the Available Dogs Arizona section.
My name is Jif and I am a 1-2 year old Shih Tzu Lhasa Apso mix and I am full of puppy ATTITUDE!!! I am a brindle male and I am full of energy. I am also very curious, love to play outside and watch what is happening in the “hood” and I love to walk my foster mom around the block. I play with sticks and will carry them all around until I find a better stick to carry. I also play with toys and my foster siblings. I even try to play with the cats but for some reason they don’t appreciate me!!!
I love to sleep at my foster mom’s feet when we are watching TV. I also love to give her big slurpy puppy kisses! I’m even house-trained! What more could you ask for?
You can check out my Petfinder page and also contact my foster mom at firstname.lastname@example.org. I’m not quite ready to be adopted yet, but I will be soon and I am ready for my very own forever family to love!
Hello! My name is Heathcliff and I am new to Lone Star. I am a young Shih Tzu boy with a white and tan coat. I was found at the local animal shelter and was quite the mess. I had mange and lost the hair on my head and my left ear. My coat was matted and I had sores on my elbows and my back. Here’s a picture of how I looked then.
But, take a look at me now!!!
I had my hair all shaved off and I have been treated and cleared of the mange and I am happy, happy, happy!!! I just love to play. I love to play with my toys. I love to play fetch. I love everyone and I love to give you slurpy wet kisses. When I see you my tail wags so hard that my whole body wags! I’m great with other dogs and children too. I think I’m just about perfect!
Check out my Petfinder page. I’ll be up for adoption soon! Also, my foster mom would love to tell you lots more about me. You can reach her at email@example.com.
I am altered, up to date on all my shots and am heartworm negative.
My name is Mosby and I am a 5-6 year old Lhasa Apso boy. I have a beautiful brown, red, and white coat that will be long soon! I had to get a haircut as when I came to Lone Star I was in pretty bad shape. I had lots of tangles in my hair, my eyes were crusted and infected, and I didn’t smell very good either! I was one lucky lad when I found the volunteers at Lone Star. They have taken very good care of me and now you can see by my picture that I am a very handsome guy!! I will be ready for adoption soon – check out my Petfinder page for more information about me. I am one special guy who has been through quite a bit. I’m ready for my forever home!
Hello! My name is Tii and what a handsome 6 month old Lhasa boy I am! I’m almost ready for my forever home and I can’t wait for that to happen. I love my foster mom and my foster sisters, but I know there’s a home out there especially for me. I’m a happy boy who loves everyone and everything. Check out my Petfinder page for more information and to find out more about me and when I will be ready for adoption.
Take a look at me. What a handsome Lhasa Apso lad I am!! My name is Magnus Harris and I am two years old, weigh about 12 pounds and have a beautiful gray and white coat. I just arrived at my foster home and I love it!! When I first got here my foster mom put me in “isolation” so she would know what I was like before I joined the group. Well, I escaped from there pretty darn quick, ran into the living room and found TOYS!!!! I was in doggy heaven and didn’t know which toy to go to first. My foster mom just laughed at me!! Watch for me sometime soon on Petfinder. I would love to find a forever home filled with stuffed toys!!!
Greetings! My name is Sherrilyn and I am a newcomer to Lone Star. Am I ever one very lucky little girl. A Good Samaritan found me at the local animal shelter and was I a mess. I was dirty, matted and quite sad looking then. But look at me now!! I am one pretty little young Lhasa Apso girl of about 2 years. I’ve got a bit of “Lhasatude” but my foster mom is working on that. Wouldn’t you if you just went through what I did?? I’m still a little scared, but I am realizing that being a Lone Star dog is very special. Watch for me as a Fluff of the Week soon!!!
