Sawyer got adopted by a wonderful person. His new mom, Pam, thinks he is just the cutest little guy. Sawyer is very lucky to have Pam as his new mom! This gives hope to other forever fosters that there are special people that care about them and are willing to give them a forever home.

Sawyer was doing well, and then, September 25th he had an episode. He was shaking, would not move, and could not open one of his eyes. This lasted for about 30 minutes. He was taken to our vet and it seems that Sawyer had a mild stroke. The vet ran blood work and wanted to do the blood work again in two weeks to make sure everything leveled out. Sawyer was back to normal the next day but what a scare for us at my house! They may be fosters, but these little guys and gals become part of the family. Sawyer knows he will be taken care even if he stays a forever foster because wonderful people like you care about him! He says "thanks" for giving him a chance to live the rest of his life with love and proper care.

Sawyer's vet bill for this initial treatment and the followup comes to about $200. If you would like to contribute to Sawyer's vet bills via Paypal, please CLICK HERE. Or to send Sawyer a check, CLICK HERE.

Thanks.
