I was Smitty’s foster mom for about a week along with his brother, Zipper, shortly after they came into our rescue. Smitty is the sweetest, most loving little dog! He is also precious and will quickly steal your heart! Please take the time to meet this sweet little fluff and I’m sure you will fall in love with him!

I was fortunate enough to be Garrett’s first foster mom and he is such a sweet wonderful little guy. He is shy at first almost like he does not want to bother you, such a little gentleman but he does warm up and he has the cutest personality. I love him very much and know anyone lucky enough to adopt him will have a great companion for years to come.

I was Chimi’s rescuer and first foster mom. When I first saw this cute little dog with her three puppies, my heart went out to her. How could someone abandon these precious little babies? Because the puppies were still nursing, the shelter could not keep them and if we didn’t take them, they were going to be put to sleep. What other choice did I have but to take in these precious little fluffs even though she obviously isn’t a Shih Tzu! The day after she was rescued, she became very, very ill. She was lucky to survive. We had to separate her from her babies, but she was a real little trooper. She just transferred her love of her babies to everyone else around her. She loves everybody and everything! She is also very funny with some of her ways - possibly because of her handicaps - but you just can’t help but love her! She is indeed a very special little girl.
