TINY TIM – I’VE BEEN ADOPTED!!!

My name is Tiny Tim and I am a 2 year old black and white male Shih Tzu.  I am quite small at 7 pounds, so that’s one reason I was named Tiny Tim.  Also, my foster mom says that she named me in honor of Tiny Tim in the Christmas Carol by Charles Dickens!  I was a little shy and quiet when I first got to my foster home, but I’m getting braver and braver each day.  I have started to bark a little and my foster mom says I can bark like a Mastiff.  WOW!   I am now a very happy little dog and I get along with everyone and everything except CATS!!!  I do have fun playing with my foster brothers and sisters so if my forever home had other dogs in it, that would be OK with me.

I love my little white soccer ball and will carry that around with me most of the day.  I particularly like to make it squeak!!  I have a great face that melts my foster mom’s heart and she gives me treats all day long just because I am so cute.  She also says I can do a great Elvis impression, but I’m not exactly sure what that means!  I’m just being me!

I have limited sight in one of my eyes, but that doesn’t slow me down one bit.  I still love to run with the other dogs, go for long walks, and play fetch with my foster mom.  My ideal forever family would have older children for me to play with, but if you have no children in your family, that’s OK too.

If you think I could fit into your family, please email my foster mom at myheartisdixie@yahoo.com.  She will tell you what a special young dog I am.  You can also check out my Petfinder page to see more information about me.

I am altered, up-to-date on shots, and am heartworm negative.

Is Tiny Tim still available for adoption? I know nothing about the adoption process or the requirements. I am very interested in this one because he looks a lot like one that I already have whos name is Elvis.
